Booking Policy

Payments & Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Rescheduled shoots must occur within 30 days of the original date, and a 20% rebooking fee will be applied. For any additional rescheduling beyond the first instance, the initial payment will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. Sessions labeled as "Special" cannot be rescheduled, nor can payments for them be transferred to other services.

Session Timing: The booked time is the official start time of your session. For example, if you book an 8-hour shoot starting at 1:00 PM, the session begins at that time regardless of delays on your or your team’s part (e.g., late models, extended prep time for hair or makeup). Delayed start times will not extend the session end time.

Photo Storage: Photos are stored for a maximum of 90 days after your session. After this period, all images will be permanently deleted from my system.

Edit Selections: Once you receive your proof photos, you have 30 days to select your edits. If you exceed this timeframe, the edits included in your package will no longer be valid, and additional fees will apply for any edits requested afterward. This policy ensures timely service for all clients, as delays can impact turnaround times.

Promotional Shoots: Promotional or "Special" shoots cannot be rescheduled, and payments for these sessions are non-transferable to other services.
